Conference Registration Information


 December 2008 Bangkok Conference:

All conference participants and presenters must pay the registration fee and at least one author per paper must attend.  The registration fee includes opening reception,  luncheon/ tea & coffee,  an electronic  copy of the Proceedings, and Certificates.

 Please note:   Any form of requests for waiving or reducing the registration fees will not be honored and thus should not be asked. Arrangements  for visa  or travel fund is the  responsibility of each participant and the committee will not  issue any letter relating to  these issues. Deadline for by mail registration is November 22, and online registration by paypal is November 25. After these dates, registrations will only be accepted on-site: December 27 and 28.
